The Assessor and her staff are here to serve you by determining market value and performing maintenance on over 170,000 taxable real property accounts and more than 180,000 business and personal property accounts.
The deadline to initiate an appeal of property value to the Pulaski County Board of Equalization is Monday August 18, 2025. Arkansas statutes provide that any appeal to a board of equalization must be initiated by the third Monday in August for the appropriate tax year. Appeals by phone or email will be accepted through mid-July to the end of business on that third Monday in August. Appeals by mail must be postmarked by the third Monday.

The deadline to assess personal property for 2025 is June 02, 2025 due to May 31st falling on Saturday. Pursuant to Arkansas Statute 26-26-201, assessments after this date incur a 10% penalty.
