The Assessor and her staff are here to serve you by determining market value and performing maintenance on over 170,000 taxable real property accounts and more than 160,000 business and personal property accounts.

The deadline to assess your personal property without penalty is May 31, 2014.  Avoid the lines and call us at 501-340-6181to assess by phone, or simply hit the link above to assess by internet, or try our phone app from iTunes or the google store.

Our field appraisers are currently working in the North Little Rock area.  Our employees carry identification and drive marked vehicles.  

Please note our web based data only updates every other weekend.

Arkansas law requires that the Assessor’s office visit all real property on a 5 year cyclical basis.
