The Assessor and her staff are here to serve you by determining market value and performing maintenance on over 170,000 taxable real property accounts and more than 160,000 business and personal property accounts. 

 

Our goal is to better serve our taxpayers.

PLEASE NOTE that the Lookup Property,  Online Vehicle Assessment and Online Appeals links will be unavailable every Saturday from 10:00 p.m. until Sunday 10:00 p.m. for system maintenance. Property records are updated the first weekend of every month.

 

HOMESTEAD APPLICATIONS are now available ONLINE!  All you have to do is type in your name and property address, and then click in the boxes to answer "yes" to any of the 5 questions.  PLEASE NOTE that AFTER YOU HAVE FILLED OUT THE FORM, you MUST PRINT, SIGN AND DATE IT before sending it back to us by mail, fax, or in person.   Click here to get started!
