Please keep in mind that the system will function better
 if searches are kept as simple as possible.  

The fastest way to search is by street name only, with no other data entered:
  NO direction, prefix, suffix or street number.



1.  When entering a parcel number, please capitalize the letter
 and do not enter any punctuation (NO dashes or dots); eg: 33N0130019800.

2.  The Address line is for the house number.  The Street line is for the Street name only,
 no directions (NO N,S,E,W) and no street type (NO st., rd. av., etc...).

3.  Do not enter city or property type when searching by address.

4.  Owner name is to be entered by Last Name(space)First Name, eg: Smith Bart.

5.  If you are attempting to search for an additional property, you must click on clear
 and proceede as before.
