The Assessor’s main office is located on the third floor (Suite 310) in the Pulaski County Administration Building at 201 South Broadway in Little Rock, Arkansas, on the corner of Broadway and Second streets.  There are seven substations located throughout the county to better serve our customers.

 

The Assessor and her staff are here to serve you by determining market value and performing maintenance on over 170,000 taxable real property accounts and more than 160,000 business and personal property accounts.

To utilize every technology reasonably available to make Pulaski County the Best Assessed county in Arkansas.  “Best Assessed” means that all assessments will be the most equitable and each contact with the public will be professional and courteous.  Assessor Team Members will find satisfaction and enthusiasm in their work through opportunities to develop their skill and education to keep pace with growing technologies.

  If you are using IE 7, you MUST enter the search by Last name,  5 digit zip code and street name. You cannot use direction - i.e. If your address is 1204 W. Main St. you only enter Main.

 

 

PLEASE NOTE that the Lookup Property Online Vehicle Assessment and Online Appeals links will be unavailable every Tue-Sat from 12:00 a.m. until 6:00 a.m. for system maintenance.

 

HOMESTEAD APPLICATIONS are now available ONLINE!  All you have to do is type in your name and property address, and then click in the boxes to answer "yes" to any of the 5 questions PLEASE NOTE that AFTER YOU HAVE FILLED OUT THE FORM, you MUST PRINT, SIGN AND DATE IT before sending it back to us by mail, fax, or in person.   Click here to get started!
